response group use to forward call to phone number RRS feed

  • I have lync server 2010 use intergrate with snom and i have one
    senario such as => i have create a response group for auto attendan
    and i have set for sale team press 1 ,for support team press 2 and when
    have incoming call they need press 1 for sale but ,that time no some one
    answer lync ,so that time i need to use forward call to phone number
    for one people in team sale ,how can i do ?

    if any know about this please give me the answer ,

  • You can configure a call froward to a phonenumber, but you have to assign a dialplan to your Responsegroup for using phonenumbers outside from Lync.

     Get-CsRgsConfiguration -Identity <RgsIdentity> |grant-csdialplan -PolicyName <dialplan>

    Maybe i am not clear about ,so can show me the detail then this ,or you can give an example for create dialplan to responsegroup for using phonenumbers outside from lync.

  • Hi,

    You can enable queue timeout. Try to set the timeout period and call garget. If no one response the call within timeout period, the call can be forwarded to an individual user.

    do you have voice Enterprise deployed then use the defailt dialplan of your lync side
