Anyone seen the R8 SSP yet?

Hi all,
I'm curious about the R8 as available here. Has anyone used it yet? What are the improvements and findings? Especially regarding the promised "Updated modern UI with easier navigation".Edit: I saw the post flood following the announcement. I am specifically wondering about the possibility for the customer to add attachments/inline images to their incident.
Regards,

We are looking at it. If it had some analyst features it would have a lot more value. As it stands I think it just deals with silverlight being deprecated.
Not sure about attachments yet. They're supposed to be releasing a patch tomorrow.Wednesday, December 9, 2015 6:20 PM -
