Resource: "User logon account" field is wrong after every save RRS feed

  • We have a problem where when we sync with AD, some resources have their initials reset to the first letter of their name. 

    What all of these resources have in common is that the field "User logon account" says the following error:

    Flere poster matcher. Klik for at løse problemet.

    Which translates to:

    multiple entries matched, please click to resolve

    Now I can easilly click and it will show me 1 match that when clicked will make all information all right. Saving the resource followed by editing it and I see that it says the same thing about the "User logon account" again.

    The reason that I suspect this field of being the cause of my problems is that I suspect that the AD sync sees "this" trait those resources and thinks it has to update the resource which resets the initials field.

    These resources links to users in AD that have been moved to a AD group, but I dont know how to proceed from here. The hassle of this problem is that the initials are reset once every day as we sync once every day. That means we have to correct the initials every morning here.
