How to check the latest files backed up in DPM 2016?

    Question

  • Hi,

We require to know what are the files DPM 2016 has taken the backup recently (disk and cloud{Azure}) or on a particular day. Kindly provide is there any what to find out in DPM Console or through Powershell script.

  • Hi,

The easiest and only way to know what files are being backed up in a DPM, is to browse through the recovery data in the Recovery tab.

If you go to a folder in a specific backup, you can search for specific files/folders if you're searching for something specific, here are two examples:

    Example 1:

  • Hi,

Thank you very much for the reply. But this is not what I am expecting.

Since in incremental backup, it only takes the backup of latest or recently updated/modified files. I want to get the list of those files and their size per recoverypoint.

  • As far as I know, there is no way of getting the only the updated/modified files.
