  • Hi pippielove,

Based on your description, issue is you cannot get gmail to sync with Outlook. Since we mainly discuss Exchange server topics in this forum and your issue is more related to Outlook client side, to better resolve it, I will move the thread to Outlook IT Pro Discussions forum.

The reason why we recommend posting appropriately is you will get the most qualified pool of respondents, and other partners who read the forums regularly can either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction with us.

Thanks a lot for your understandings!

    Regards,

    Manu Meng

  • Hi,

    Welcome to our forum.

Do you configure your gmail on outlook client as described in this article?
Have you enabled IMAP or POP on the web mail?
Is there any detailed error message when the issue occurs? If there is, could you please provide me with it?

Given this situation, it is suggested to re-add your Gmail account to your Outlook client and see if there is any difference.

Any update, please feel free to post back.

    Regards,

    Aidan Wang
