    I have something really important I need to edit on Microsoft Word Starter 2010, and I need to edit it. Then, it transfers to a Word 2013. Since I didn't pay for it, it won't let me edit and print it. I fell that I should delete it. >:( not fair!!

    Hi,

    Which Word 2013 version did you use? According to your description, you seems subscribed a Office 365 plan.

    We continue subscribed an Office 365 plan ( http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/home-premium/) to use Office 2013.

    Or we re-install Microsoft Office Starter 2010, it was installed by the OEM. Thus, we need to connect your computer provider to get help.
