Skype for business quality is bad

Question
-
Dear Skype expert,
We are currently using office 365 and our licenses include the license for the skype for business. however, we found that even the skype for business quality in term of audio or video is even worst compared to personal skype. For instance, skype for business voice maybe jittered or the sound is low compared to normal skype. Then skype for business could sometimes drop of the call and this issue is rarely happen for normal skype even the internet bandwidth is low.
May i know whether any way to improve skype for business? could it be that we need to tweak the network such as firewall ports, filtering, etc in order for skype for business skype to perform better?
Thanks
REgards,
Hendri

Hi Henry2050,
Please try to use another network environment test if there is the same issue.
I will share a document about Turning on and using Call Quality Dashboard for Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business Online

First of all, I would suggest you find out the root cause(s) of poor call quality issue(s) before you look into where exactly you need to improve.
There are two tools in the Office365 portal that can help find out and assess what's causing poor call quality. They are easy to use , Microsoft has plenty of documents on them.
Office365 admin portal > SFB > Tools > Skype for Business Online Call Quality Dashboard
Office365 admin portal > SFB > Tools > Skype for Business Call Analytics (Preview)
