MCSA + Sec 2000 to MCSE + Sec RRS feed

  • I am now an MCSA +Sec 2000 with the following exams completed.  210, 214, 215, 216, 217, 218 and 227,  I want to write the 70-298 next, will this update me to MCSE +Sec 2000?  If not what is my best course to get to an MCSE + Sec 2003?

    You could have taken the 70-292 to upgrade to Windows 2003 but it retired in March 2008.

    As michael already stated above the upgrade exam is discontinued. never the less, you could take the exams 290 and 291 to upgrade your mcsa 2000 to mcsa 2003. For mcse 2003 you require the 293, 294 and 298 exams. Taking the 299 after that would then complete your mcse2003: security.

    Looks like you are required to take 6 exams to get to your goal.
