Vista Blue Screen BCC 116 Problem

  Hello All,
  
  This is the first time I have had a problem with Vista. The following information I have received about it.

  Service Pack: 2_0

  Product: 768_1

  Files that help describe the problem:

  I dont understand what is causing it at all.
