windows 7 64 bit superfetch not working? RRS feed

  • My windows 7 starts slowing down so I run microsoft fix it and it tells me that superfetch is not on. I go to accessories and go to run, type prefetch and delete all files. run diagnostic again and all is well till I start using the computer again, it starts to slow down and again I diagnostic and again superfetch is disabled, its a viscous circle. Does any one have an answer?

    Sorry for the late response. It seems it was posted to wrong forum.

    According to the symptom, it seems that certain application is conflicting with superfetch. I suggest we prepare clean boot to troubleshoot.
