Upgrading windows 8.1 32 bit to 64 bit RRS feed

  • Question

  • I purchased windows 8.1 on the microsoft store and I selected the online download version, and it automatically installed as a 32 bit OS. I have looked for solutions on the forums and internet, but all of these solutions include a clean DVD reinstall, and I do not have that. Is there any way I could get a disk version mailed to my house or any other way to get a 64 bit version? Or do I have to repurchase windows?
