    According to the error message, it seems that there is a compatibilty issue.
    Please try to download the latest Windows 10 compatible version from the Canon website then check the symptom. If they haven't released the Windows 10 compatible version, we could try to install it in a "Compatibility" mode(Right click the package, choose "Properties", "Compatibility").

    For a third party product, it is recommended to ask for help from the third party support. They are more familiar with their product and they may have more resources to help you. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
