  • I have  few questions about new voice setup for S4B 2015, we got the gateway added and can call now using Skype to fones (Cisco)

    Q:I need to enable S4B click to call from within outlook , IE, Chrome etc ( what is the best way to do this) 

    Q:How can we enable enterprise Voice /Dialplan/Policy for all the AD users

  • Hi Super John 4455,

    If you have enable the user for enterprise voice, click to dial should work from outlook and also from the browser, if the number format is E.164.

    Agree with Holger,you could enabled the enterprise for the user firstly,then enable the skype for business plug-in,you could refer the following link.

    if you want enable mutiply skype for business users ,I recommand you to enable the users by AD Group,not enable the all user at once.you could refer to the following link.

    if you have enabled the ad user to skype for business user,you could refer to the following cmd, to enable the enterprise voice for all skype for business users

    $users =get-csuser

    foreach ($user in $users ){

                    Set-CsUser -Identity $user.identity -EnterpriseVoiceEnabled $true

                    Grant-CsDialPlan -Identity $user.identity -PolicyName "RedmondDialPlan"

    }

    You could use “global” policy for all users.
