Exchange 2007 is "not visible" by OpsMgr

OpsMgr 2007 R2

i have manually setup an agent on the server that contains several exchange 2007 roles.
in OpsMgr Console i've approved installation and windows server OS is monitored but there is no exchange server in console visible (in Exchange 2007 MP Views): no server, no services, no site ect...

so it seems that the agent "dont see" exchange on the server.. (OS windows 2008 sp2)

Exchange 2007 MP was installed after the agent installation.

Hi,
The Exchange 2007 MP will not discovery any servers or services by default. You will need to enable discovery manually. All steps are included in the Exchange 2007 management pack guide. Please take a look in it.

I've written up a summary of the documentation here:

But I would reccomend that before you do anything else you print out and read the documentation in full. There is a fair bit to consider.
