Use LDIFDE with a names list


  • Hi all, is it possible to use ldifde with a list on user name from a txt file? if use could you please give the syntaxe for this.

     Yes,you can export AD objects with ldifde,check the samples on these articles;

  • Never heard of way with just LDIFDE.  May be able to pass something in via PowerShell.   

    But, depending on what you want to achieve, just use PowerShell.  Should be much easier then an import file. 

    Modify user with 'Set-ADUser'
