  • My Internet Explorer stopped working. This is the detailed problem. Can this be resolved please help.

  • Fault Module Name:                        ntdll.dll

    Fault Module Version:                      6.1.7601.18247

    Unfortunately, crashes in low-level modules such as this typically represent problems in a caller but we no longer have easy access to information about crash calling sequences, e.g. drwtsn32.log no longer is available.  So, we need to resort to more comprehensive crash debugging procedures such as using windbg to get such information as the Stack Back Trace for the crashing thread. 

    As a guess you may like to be aware that certain AV products are known causes of this symptom; however, I don't know what the status of those problems is lately.
