I have a Dell laptop that came with Vista Home Premium preloaded. I need to upgrade to Vista Ultimate. I purchased the upgrade CD from a local retailer not Dell. When I insert the CD I do not get any load instructions. Dell Support will not help me since I did not purchase the upgrade CD from them. I have never had to upgrade an operating system before and am new at this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
