  • Since the view is from the resource side you can not filter out completed tasks.  However, you can apply a grouping that will group the completed tasks separate from the uncompleted tasks.

When in the Team Planner view select View -->  Group --> Completed and Incomplete Resources.

The completed tasks are moved to the bottom and the incomplete will stay at the top for each resource.

  • You can also update the look of Actual Work (completed tasks use this style). I've set the border, text, and fill to light gray before so that way the completed tasks fade into the background more.

You can set the look of Actual Work on the Team Planner's format tab. To update the text you need to go through Text Styles also on the Format tab.

    Thanks,

  • This solution will group the percentage of all tasks per resource and will not filter the uncomplete task !

why we cannot just have a filter that remove complete tasks from team planner view ?

  • Hi,

I created a filter NoRemainingWork and applied to Team Planner. Could this fit to your requirement?
