GPO for translation Service

    Is there a way to select the default service used by office to translate text

    after installing office 2013, when one of our users want to translate something, it doesn't work until you select the right translation service : like this http://blogs.msdn.com/b/translation/archive/2008/08/06/office-document-translation.aspx

    this method works, however at step 4 instead of adding a service i just choose another one the "Microsoft translator", i would like for this to be the selected service by default, and be able to deply this setting by either sccm or GPO, or even a script, is this possible?
