You can only have a single dependency between two activities. The choices are Finish to Finish, Finish to Start, Start to Start and Start to Finish; and each can contain a lag time (which can be expressed as a number of days or a % of the predecessor
duration, either as a +ve or - ve value).
So, it's a long answer which leads to a "No".
