Call forwarding thru Response Group RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi all,

just upgraded to SFB2015 server and all went well. During testing I found a strange behavior (not sure it was so in 2013 server?).

When a customer dials in to response Group, and the only agent in response group has FWD (to his mobile or another external number) enabled, it still rings on the Skype client (latest update) and call is not transferred/fwd.

If call directly to the agents number and call forwarding is on, it works.

Is this by design or a known bug?

    Tested following scenarios:

    • Only one agent in the group
    • Multiple agents in the group(but everyone else was logged off, so he/she was only one logged in)
    • Multiple accounts
    • Multiple response groups and different routing method

Also latest CU update for SFB2015 server.

    Thanks!

  • Hi

It looks like  this  was  handled in a different method in Lync 2013 as well as it seems to be by  design Please check these two
