onboarding machines not connected to the internet to mdatp platform

I am having issues onboarding machines that are not connected to the internet on to the MDATP platform. I have tried the OMS gateway option still no luck, whitelisted all the common url's and mdatp url on my firewall still no luck. What i cant still wrap my head around is, the offline machines connect and report to the Azure Log Analytics Workspace ID while connecting through the OMS gateway but connects and does not report with the MD ATP workspace ID. Has anyone here done something like this? a documentation would be deeply appreciated. HELP!!!!

Hello,

If the client device reaches the Internet via proxy, please review the article below, which introduces the proxy settings for MDATP.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/security/threat-protection/microsoft-defender-atp/configure-proxy-internet#verify-client-connectivity-to-microsoft-defender-atp-service-urls

In addition, please review the minimum requirements for MDATP.

If it still doesn't help, please submit a new question on the MDATP forum for better support.
