Hi
I've noticed in Win 7 when you run Microsoft Office Picture Manager some of the features do not work and are not populated.
If you run Picture manager in W7 and follow these steps:
Right click on a tool bar - choose customise - choose Commands tab - its empty ---
the customise commands option where you can create or edit tool bars does not work
Please can someone take a look at this and let me know how to fix it
