Need help with SSTP VPN RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am trying to setup a SSTP VPN in UAG from a Windows 7 client.  The internal environment is running Windows 2008 AD and I have an internal CA setup issuing certs.  The domain name I am using is resolvable on the Internet.  I created a trunk using the cert that has the FQDN of the UAG server as the CN.  I created an SSTP Tunnel using the trunk I created.  I imported the certs for the CA into the Trusted Root store on the client.  When I try to connect, it says "Connecting to <server name> using WAN Miniport (SSTP)" but then it errors out saying "0x8007274C: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host failed to respond".  Have I missed anything glaring? Where should I start trounbleshooting?  I am new to UAG and have never done a VPN before.

  • Hi Bj,

Is the CRL available to the client trying to connect to the SSTP server?
