Office 2010 missing from list of programs

  Error 1706. Setup cannot find the required files... see SETUP.CHM.
  Note: have multitude of problems with Ease of Access and Office 2010 in Win 7 Ultimate & Win 10 Pro, 64 bit.
  PC is Dell Precision M6300. Bought PC as Win 7 machine with Office installed; do not have disks. Office not in list of programs in Control Panel to repair.
  Win 10 tries to activate Office from Internet; says License invalid.
  
  Strange: Mouse problem goes away after issuing error message. Not other Easy of Access errors. In Office, get error message when saving file. Saves file after issuing error message.

  You may need to uninstall and then reinstall your Office 2010 to see if it helps. See:
