    Question

  • Hi,

    Some time when people send email to our domain is not received. even though they have sent previously. it is not delivered to us, at the same time the sender did not get any NDR. it happened some times only.

    How do resolve this. Appreciate your assistance.

    Are you routing mail via a smarthost through an ISP or via DNS?

    Check if your domain is not on any blacklist.

    I would like to collect some information for troubleshooting:

    • Does this issue occur for all external domains?
    • If you do message tracking, will you find this message? 
    • When it happens, can internal users send messages to external?

  • You should track the message from sender from the start to end of the path.Message flow only can give you the answer where it is missing.
