Can you Install a 2012 Distribution point on a Doman Controller without the Primary as a domain admin?

I have several sites in which my only server is a domain controller. I want to install only the distribution role on the DC at these sites. Is there a way to do this without adding the primary server as a domain admin?

Yes, You can add it to the local admin group from command line: http://www.richardawilson.com/2010/06/add-user-as-local-administrator-on.html & http://www.techexams.net/forums/mcts-mcitp-windows-2008-general/36164-local-administrator-domain-controller.html on a DC.
