I'm able to add the item to Windows DVD marker but once i click next the program just sits there like it doesn't know what to do with file i added. Just has a icon of a circle just spinning around in the screen. Have to cancel each time i try it. Hi,
In fact, you cannot reinstall another Windows DVD Maker. You may try to use Turn Features On or Off to retry this issue.
Turn Windows features on or off
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Turn-Windows-features-on-or-offAlso, please check if there is any other third party DVD Maker install which is conflict. If so, please remove it to test.
You may try to test this in the clean boot: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/331796
If the issue persists, please go to check the system files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
Does the above steps work? If not, you may need to repair the system.
