Windows 10 App Store not working and won't open... HELP PLEASE RRS feed

    The App Store on my computer has suddenly stopped working. I have tried the wsreset.exe and the powershell command but it still refuses to work. I am using the Windows 10 Home OS and it seems like I have tried everything and it is still not working.

    Try this, it worked for me ...

    Navigate your File Explorer to the following directory:

    C:\Users<Insert Username>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\

    Once here, delete the Local Cache folder and try launching the Windows Store again.

    Please run a system file check (SFC) & DISM (if necessary) if you are on win 8 or higher

    windows 10 upgrade/ app store not opening?? it starts and the shut right down. its only a few days old wiki not gonna have a thing on it for sure.....

    Try this, it worked for me ...

    Try adding a new user account and see if it opens the Store.

    This didn't work for me. I have previously had problems with the store and ran the powershell script to fix it. I am a little reluctant to do it again. I will keep trying for now but this store app has a lot of problems.

    Check to make sure that your pc is set on the right time zone. That is what the problem was for me.

    The Windows 10 App store  won't work on my Windows phone either.....didn't realize it wasn't working on PC's either! Glad to know
