Hello, I have setup a rule to prepend subject line on senders outside the organization. It does work with external senders correctly, adding the tag [External]. The problem is that some internal servers send out alerts and notifications.
Those are getting marked as [External] also, this does not happen for regular users, just other server that relay email through the exchange server.
Define "internal servers"? I'm assuming you are talking about some SMTP relay/additional applications sending messages, in which case you need to make sure the mails are sent authenticated. Or, you need to have a Receive connector with Externally
Secured permissions for those messages.
