Office 2016 Error RRS feed

  • A couple days after installing, user has issue opening Outlook and finding the profile we configured.

    This is from the error log.  Any direction would be appreciated.

    Did you try to repair Office 2016 from the control panel /program and features?

    Is there any error message when the problem occurs?
    Does this issue affect all users in the environment?

    Please try to start Outlook in safe mode (Press Win + R, type "outlook /safe", press Enter.) and check the result.

    If it only happens to one particular user, please try create a new profile and check if the issue can be fixed.
