Possible to turn off "Missed conversation" emails?

Question
-
I've been asked by an individual if we can - just for him - turn off the emails he receives when he misses a Lync 2010 IM conversation.
Is that possible and, if so, what steps do I need to take, please?
Thanks.

Hi Philip,
You can do it on the client, in Tools > Options > Personal > and the two options save instant message conversations, save call logs in my email.
Cheers,
James

Thanks. I take it that there isn't any way of having completed conversations saved but missed ones not saved?

I think you can create a rule at your Outlook side. When such e-mail with “Missed…” specific words coming, permanently delete it. It is transparent for individual user.

I have the exact same problem with outlook rules. Is it possible that missed messages are somehow BCCd? I don't know why it would bypass my filter and I don't want to shut off saving messages completely. Seems like a bug to me.
Also for the next version of office can we please update the rule list management UI.
