IE displays junk when clicking on WebEx .WRF videos RRS feed

  • Question

  • If we upload a .WRF WebEx video then view it in Internet Explorer, it doesn't download and open the appropriate WebEx video player, it only displays a bunch of junk of the screen.  Chrome works ok, it will download then you click it to open, but IE just automatically fills the screen with junk.  I have confirmed that IIS has a global mime type for .WRF files of application/octet-stream.  I also confirmed that on the local PC that .WRF files are associated with the WebEx player.  I don't know what else to look at.  Any ideas?
