  • Hi experts

    Can i copy  emails from one mailbox to another mailbox till one month by creating transport rule. if yes please guide me.

    one of my user feels that one of the mail which he has received from external recipient looks like spam, as an administrator i feel that it may not be spam, it may be legitimate. how can i know external recipients domain is not phishing. is there any way to know this kind of information about domains.

    please guide me

  • Hi Risingflight,

    For Q1, transport rule has no option to copy emails from one mailbox to another, however, as an workaround, you can add another mailbox as a recipient, similar to copy messages also. The rule as below:

    emails send to User1 will be sent to User2, and the rule will be only activated in one month

    For Q2, you can use the following link to check if the sender's domain in blacklist :
