Microsoft Undeliverable Message for every email sent and received on Outlook 365 - how to stop?? RRS feed

  • OK, so in the last 24-48 hours or so, since 9/4/19 ish, for every email I send and and receive, doesn't matter the sender or recipient, I get an Undeliverable message from Microsoft Outlook. It's so annoying and I want it to stop, how?? Is it a virus of some kind? I have never sent an email to this email it is referring to and the message reads as follows:

  • The error indicated that there is a mail loop and that the mailbox of the recipient is full.

    Check whether you have any rules configured which forward anything to this address;
    File-> Manage Rules & Alerts

  • Hi mikerealtornotary,

    Have you checked your mailbox quota and rules? If your mailbox is full, please archive mailbox or delete unimportant content.

    You can also directly send emails on the web mail which helps eliminate whether this issue lies on server-side or client-side.

    Besides, what’s your account type? Exchange account or Outlook.com?

    According to my research, this error could be also related with corrupted AutoComplete cache. Please follow the steps below to see if it helps:

    Go to File > Options > Mail. Scroll down to find Send messages. Click Empty Auto-Complete List.

    i would say someone hacked your email account and create an inbox forward rule to forward incoming emails to 

    *****@gmail.com

    Check your inbox rules / forwarding rules.
