Hi,
When I use Remote Desktop to connect to my SBS 2008 R2 server my local print queue fills up with a bunch of print jobs. These jobs never print though, and the longer I am connected, the more jobs accumulate in the queue. Interestingly enough, when I
do actually go to print a document on my local printer from within the Remote Desktop session, it prints just fine. I have encountered this problem every time I connect to this server, no matter what PC or OS I am using. So far I have tried it from
3 different PC's, 2 are running windows 7, and the third is running vista. The only way I have figured out to get rid of the print jobs is to cancel them on my local machine, but if I do that while I am connected the queue just fills back up. I have
to do it after I disconnect. But when I reconnect, the queue fills up again.
I would like to keep the option to print to my local printer through Remote Desktop, but I want to stop the queue from filling up with all these false print jobs. Any suggestions?
