  • Hi Apatechteam,

    Hit Win Key + R

    Type: regedit

    For 64 Bit you must do both steps.  Just rename the final string with .old at the end.  In case it's needed in the future.  Or you can delete it but I don't recommend that.

    32/64bit Step 1: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Desktop\NameSpace\DelegateFolders

    64bit Only Step 2: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Desktop\NameSpace\DelegateFolders

    {F5FB2C77-0E2F-4A16-A381-3E560C68BC83}

    Then rename this string adding .old at the end.

    Will look like this

    {F5FB2C77-0E2F-4A16-A381-3E560C68BC83}.old
