Authenticator doesn not work RRS feed

  • this app is fantastic .... but .... two days ago i received email that my account "using someone and was blocked" and i must change password. i changed password and now Authenticator doesn not work .... i turned off two-step verification and then i turned off all verification apps and setup authenticator again, but ... when i created new verification app i doesn scan any qr code but notofication to phone doesn not work bud another nofication work (when i have to choose right numbers from 3 )....

    ios 11.5.2

    Sorry for the delay.

    What kind of your accounts?

    Only Azure AD account need to scan QR code, please make sure you are adding an Azure AD account(work or school account).

    You should turn off all existing apps in this page, then re-set MFA.

  • only two .... one personal and one business but that i do not use, but now after last update (yesterday 24.01. , app version is still 5.5.2)  work correctly

    yes after upgrade app all works fine. .... but ...

    i signing to my microsoft account then show me

    "Because you're accessing sensitive info for emai@address.com, we'll send a request to your phone to verify your identity."

    i choose "send request" and after while show me

    "Request timeout

    We sent a sign in request to your Microsoft Authenticator app for emai@address.com, but we didn't get your approval.

    Tap Next to send another request."

    i choose next and request was visible on the phone
