  • why do I not receive emails from defunct Orange, even though I set up to receive emails for 1 year after Orange closed?

    Thanks for contacting our forum. Please following the below steps for troubleshooting:

    • Firstly, we need to make sure if the Orange still send messages to you;
    • Then check if the IP address of the Orange is in your receive connector receive IP ranges;
    • Make sure the firewall are correctly configured;
    • You can also check the SMTP log of the receive connector to verify them;
    • If the Orange side receive any NDR messages that bounced back;
    • Any error messages, please post out in detail.
