Is there a step by step guide somewhere for getting remote call control setup?
We currently have Lync2010 standard setup and working. We also have CUCM 7, CUPS (we're not really using it), and cisco 7960 phones if that helps.
Does RCC give you the phone presence/status on the lync communicator?
