Outlook 2010 professional plus asked me for exchenge credentials and I don't have a server RRS feed

    I used to have the trial account office 2016 that comes preinstalled <g class="gr_ gr_991 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_run_anim Grammar multiReplace" data-gr-id="991" id="991">in</g> my laptop and once the test time concludes I took the decision to switch to office 2010 professional plus, almost everything works correctly, but mi email account "@outlook.com" is asking me for an exchange credentials and it doesn't allow me to get into the application, somebody know why? I don't even have a server.

  • Hi Aldo,

    How did you set up your Outlook.com account in Outlook? Outlook.com has been migrated to Exchange Online now. If you are using Outlook 2010, you will need to remove the Outlook.com account connected via Hotmail Connector and then add it back in Outlook via Auto Account Setup wizard.
