cannot open 'Manage' after right click on Computer

  Please start the command prompt (cmd.exe) with admin rights [1] and run sfc [2]:
  
  sfc.exe /scannow
  
  Is it able to find and repair broken files (create the txt file shown under [2] and look if all files are restored)?

  Hi Andree, this is jagdish salvi,

  well i'm getting a error while i'm opening a server manager or event viewer or any program from admistritive tool, the error is "The parameter is incorrect"

  the error is in windows server 2008 R2 standard edition.

  even i can't trace the problem also from my system.
