Hi,
It is possible to apply policies for users/computers to get wireless access using 802.1x authentication.
Use NAP Server. You can get more details from below link.

You can use 802.1x authentication to control the users. Use windows NAP Server.

We already setup the Radius server, what we want to do is to control what devices a user can use his/her account. If possible like, user a can only credentials can is only valid when the device mac address is ab33... something like that.
