Unable to login to the Analytics Admin tool after installing ProClarity Web Prof 6.3 RRS feed

  • Question

  • After installing ProClarity 6.3 Web Pro I launch the Analytics Admin tool and the request for login appears.  Im trying to login with the service account that I installed the applicaiton with and it is not working.
Ive tried to view the tables to see if the service account that I installed with is correct and it appears to be.
    Any help is greatly appreciated!

  • resolved via MSFT support.  After some other steps we had to re-register the PAS server instance in the admin tool using 'localhost' instead of the server name

  • Hi Jodi,

The Admin Tool is prompting for a set of valid NT credentials.  Try the user creds that you used to login to the machine when you performed the PAS installation.  If that doesn't work, you can manually add 'Everyone' to the PAS Administrator Role which should allow you access.  You can find instructions in the following Post:

  • As stated in the first post, I did try to login with the account I installed with.  This is why I am in a quandry as to why that account is not working.  Ive followed the above article as well and to no avail its still not working.
    Any suggestions?

  • Amanda, do you have any further recommendations for this issue.  We are still unable to login with the Administrator account to the Analystics admin tool.  We are logged into the server with the installing account, we have referenced the article above and added the installing account as an Administrator, still nothing?

    Thanks
