Outlook 2016 meeting update does not update the users meeting RRS feed

    I have a problem with one user.
    Sometimes when he updates a recurring meeting his own meeting does not update while the attendees see the update just fine.

    He is using Exchange online and not cached.

    The mail server runs Exchange 2013

  • Hi,

    By "not cached", do you mean cached Exchange mode is turned off for the mailbox in Outlook?

    Since this issue happens sometimes, have you found any pattern in these affected recurring meetings?

    Besides, I'd recommend you try creating a new Outlook mail profile and then configure the email account in the new mail profile and then monitor to see whether this issue will happen again.

  • Hi

    Yes, he is not using cached Exchange mode.

    I have not looked at his recurring meetings where they happen.

    I will try and give him a new profile in outlook.
