Want to add a PowerBI app but can't see the PowerBI permission in Azure portal RRS feed

    Hello, just signed up to PowerBI. Using this reference https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-US/library/dn877542.aspx, I wanted to create a PowerBI app. I can't see the PowerBI permission in Azure portal although two uses of my company domain signed up to PowerBI. What does this mean? Really anxious to get started on PowerBI.
