unalbe to upload more than 5 MB files to sharepoint 2010 document library RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    users are unable to upload  more than 5 MB size of files to SharePoint 2010 document Libraries. i have tested and followed  with all possible options as described in below links. upload size was 250 MB in central admin and connection time out is set to 300 in IIS 7.0

    one share-point 2010 server with remote database server. we have not installed any URLScan tools in my environments. but still we are unable to upload files grater than 5MB. below is the event ID.
