Address Book and contact List gone in Outook RRS feed

  • They are gone and I've tried everything that was suggested. I can't build a new address list either. is this a glitch in the system; how did this happen?

    Which type of email account are you using? If you are using an Exchange account, do you have cached Exchange mode enabled? Please try to switch to online Exchange mode and then see whether you can see your address book.

    Does this issue continue when we start Outlook in safe mode? To do this, press Windows key + R to open the Run command, type outlook /safe and press Enter.

    In addition, please also try using the Inbox repair tool to scan and repair your Outlook data file to see the result. See the following article for detailed steps:
