  • Hi Sanjiv,

Base on my search, the wireless driver may cause the C1900101-30018 error also, try to update the adapter driver and upgrade again.

  • Hi Niko,

Tried that (uninstalled BitDefender) but still running into this issue - (the upgrade got stuck on 31% and installing features and drivers 3%).

I have tried to upgrade from the Media creation tool as well as using an ISO image from a DVD! Any other suggestions?

    Thank you

    Sanjiv

P.S. All my drivers are up to date as well as all software updates.
