I had to make some changes to our Normalization rules to account for a non-DID extension range. I made the changes, 'OK'd' and 'Applied'. Nearly an hour later when you enter the 4-digits into the client it still translates with the OLD rule.
I went back into the Front End and the change was saved.
I ran a trace and found that the 'old' normalized number is still being sent to the mediation server from OCS/Mediation server.
Do I need to restart the server or service?
